I Would like to comment on how easy it was to install the new Schubert & Salzer valves that replaced the bigger and heavier globe valves. The spool pieces provided by Shubert made this transition very easy and affordable.

I just wanted to let you know your team went above and beyond. I requested a replacement valve that needed to meet our new requirements. Dave and James produced a valve that met all my needs. Without the need for a pipe modification. Which will help us with keeping the down time of the equipment low. There was an issue that caused this valve to be needed by Wednesday. These two individuals jumped through hoops to make sure I will have the valve by Wednesday. They also have a backup valve option just in case. The hard work and reassurance helped me convey to my management that your team is crucial to our success. I appreciate everyone that helped.
