I just wanted to let you know your team went above and beyond. I requested a replacement valve that needed to meet our new requirements. Dave and James produced a valve that met all my needs. Without the need for a pipe modification. Which will help us with keeping the down time of the equipment low. There was an issue that caused this valve to be needed by Wednesday. I Would like to comment on how easy it was to install the new Schubert & Salzer valves that replaced the bigger and heavier globe valves. The spool pieces provided by Shubert made this transition very easy and affordable.
